Thanks a lot Mr Eric got a lot of useful recommendations, currently facing some challenging moments with my ESL learners in class, definitely will use these strategies
Thank you, Eric. I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on the following. What do you think is the best way to deal with an agressive 6 year old student? I tried to focus on de-escalation and modeling the expected behavior in the classroom. Unfortunately, all the progress we make during a lesson is wiped out by the time I see the student again (I only see the kid once a week for a couple of hours). It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get him to calm down a bit and follow along. He has unpredictable physical violent outbursts (scratching, kicking, messing around with other kids' things, throwing stuff...). Parents weren't that helpful either. Thanks in advance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hi thanks for good videos I am interested how you teach your own class I want to your class management and everything if you can make videos about you teaching your class seeing that i would be very happy
10 minutes of guidance that the administration or school counselor should do in the beginning of the year but they don't (speaking for myself).

I once saw a school director trade blows with a 12-year-old boy!
