Feel bad for Milano heard from multiple sources how hard he'd been working to be ready to go for opening day and now another major injury. Hope he gets well soon, next man up has to be the team's mindset
It's unfortunate and I know this sounds garse but his injuries were a concern even before he was given his extension. He's played every game in a season only twice in his career. Although he missed 2 games in '22 which was his All pro season.

with DW at LB... it's gonna be bumpy, can tell you that. They need to sign some vet asap... to at least have on the roster and getting up to speed
It's beyond unfortunate for Matt. For someone to put all this time in rehab for one injury and then have a different one, it just plain SUCKS!!! All the best and prayers for you, Matt . You will be missed. ❤❤❤😭

Tre White had 2 injury plagued seasons and he was gone I’m starting to get worried about Matt now as well but if you can’t stay healthy no sense in keeping them I hate it but it’s how the NFL works
They honestly just need to cut him. And get some faster bigger linebacker.
It is what it is. At some point you have to be realistic about keeping injury-prone players on the roster.

These double injuries remind me of Klay Thompson in the NBA, a beloved player who missed 2 years of ball with injuries. 😢 I wonder if Micah Hyde returns, the team needs a boost.

Unfortunate really. The guy is very good. Too many injuries tho. Mostly soft tissue as well. Which means out for long periods of time. He's never made it thru a full season.
With how the Chiefs have looked in camps and now this… kinda feels like an early punt on the season. Almost want to put 2-3 players on the trade block and really load up on picks for the next phase moving forward.
