I understand that when you work for a company you want to put the people in your company over but man, this just backfires.

There have been many great workers and several good ones today. They are not Flair. Dude did go to territories and worked with people he never saw made them look incredible and Flair won the match without damaging the local hero. There is no one like Flair. Screw anyone who says there is including butt boy Bischoff up hogan's butt all the time. Flair always had demons. Finding his son dead seems to have taken a toll on him. But if you want to know how to work study Flair in his prime.

I don't even know who he is...really!? nobody can compare to the iconic and legendary legacy of The Nature Boy Ric Flair...he is an American stable, American pie, a pop-culture phenomenon icon, he is and will always he the greatest all around pro wrestler in the world, he has all the facial Expressions, he is the epitome of charisma, can tell actual real stories, is well known around the world...A real global star.
He is part of generations, and generations....he can be a heel and a babyface and tell riveting stories like no other.
He has the whole package....and he was part of two pro wrestling Golden Eras.
Takeshita is not well known in America, okay he can wrestle, big deal...wrestling good doesn't put butts in the seats...well known stars that have paid their dues for decades and had matches with top champions and legends from different territories, and had one hours draw matches, night after night for two decades, against every top mega star in every territory...and held every title imaginable, when ratings were at an astronomical level that todays cable and streaming, couldn't even comprehend because they've never seen the likes of those kinds ratings...He was part legendary and memorable, extraordinary storylines leading into those matches to bring viewers in and get them invested...then he can play the most hated heel in pro wrestling, he was the leader of the top 3 greatest factions in pro wrestling history....that man has beaten the biggest stars in pro wrestling history and has been in every territory, and every company in pro Wrestling, and he is the best promo guy I've ever seen...the top 3 best on the mic in pro wrestling history.

He's a heel manager at the end of the day (even though both Kenny and specially Konosuke are babyfaces, which makes the relationship kind of weird).
Kenny isn't a babyface he's what's known as a tweener. He's a heel getting cheered by the fans like a face. Like stone cold was suppose to be a bad guy but the fans cheered him or cena and reigns were supposed to be good guys but they got booed like bad guys.
Flair vs Shawn is more than likely gonna be better than anything that Takeshita is and that was in the 2000s

Amen, Konnan! AEW has ruined Brian Cage. A few years ago, a Cage/Bryan Danielson match would have been a big deal. He's suffered so many losses in AEW though that its become impossible to take him seriously as a threat to anyone!
I like Takeshita, but I do not know how I could make a comparison like that because I cannot remember how many Ric Flair matches I have seen, but I can count on one hand how many Takeshita matches I have seen. Takeshita does not have a big enough body of work personally to start that conversation. Calllis is just shilling, which is what he does.
