I make the Zuppa Toscana quite often, both in the crockpot and on the stove. We have had to cut back on Potaotes because of their high potassium content so I substitute Turnips and we can't taste the difference! Makes it low carb :-) BTW I make it a point to never miss your videos :-)

@@rebekahlondon1571 I had never tasted Turnips before in my life LOL But I totally LOVE them in this soup! We can't tell the difference!
