- Today AD is welcomed by rapper G-Eazy for a tour of his comfortably luxurious Los Angeles home. Cozy, functional spaces flow together in “Gerryland” - his hillside home base - where a musical instrument is never far away and the walls are decorated with the artwork of friends and family. The saltwater pool is essentially a massive hot tub with an unobstructed view of L.A. while back inside, a two-story guesthouse was converted into a professional-grade recording studio and lounge where G-Eazy recorded the bulk of his new album.

This made me appreciate him so much more and also made him extra attractive: his interior style and the way he talks about it is so full of personality and warmth, a true artist who appreciates other artists no matter if they are well know or not, a man who is confident and secure enough to have his own unique style instead of something trendy or something expected from people like him. I kind of expected like 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms like all other celebrities - but this is a nice change, he has exactly all he needs.
I think that has more to do with the financial situations of those people. Most celebrities with those homes are the total A-listers with a net worth of like 30mln+. G-Eazy ‘only’ has a net worth of 12mln atm and lives in LA, which is like the most over-priced city in the US.

Music acts on labels don’t ha e as much money as you think, unless they are top 1 percent out of the biggest celebs they are usually more in debt than they are rich.
He’s famous but usually it’s singers who get all the promotion that make tons of money. This house probably wasn’t cheap either cuz everything is overpriced In Cali but he’s not the first musician to have a normal or even small sized house on one of these types of shows .

I've never been a fan of G-Easy but I am now after watching this. It was a window to who this man was and I think he's more great than just his music. He owns who he is,, doesn't seem washed away by hype or trends. He knows how to appreciate. Love how homey his house is, yet still with a touch of edge and class. It's beautiful. He's beautiful :)
Really like his home. He has definitely put his stamp on it, really reflects his personality, it's not flashy at all, had a 50/60's feel to it. The house is just so full of character and has a real homely vibe. He sees really nice and down to earth.
I feel bad for thinking he would live in a flashy/blingy bachelor pad but his house is actually very warm and cute, like I could picture myself drinking tea and reading a book on that comfy couch haha

I just want to say I came on thinking he may be the type to flex and brag, but his home and vibe was extremely comforting, personal, and very humble. The extreme support of his people and their art outlet is absolutely genuine and kind, and the fact it makes him feel closer to his people. His open home policy. I'm proud to say he completely shocked me bc I listen to his music and some is pretty cocky, but his home and personality is humble and very kind. Good big brother too!!!!
The most beautiful thing about his house was the art pieces and that bathroom. The dark setting setting in there seems so relaxing to shower in.

G-Eazy is a great person with a great personality. I listen to his music since 10 years now. He is always a part in my life with his music. Family and friends means a lot to him and he is not afraid to show that feelings to the anybody and I really respect that.

I loved his Mum’s work on the wall (the Pool), which reminds him of saving his brother from drowning at 5 years old. My daughter saved her best friend from drowning at a Birthday Party when she was 5 years old also…in winter party clothes she saw her looking up from the bottom of the pool and jumped in and saved her. Its been over 30 years and I’m still so proud which I’m sure G-Eazy’s Mum would be too 🏅🏅🏅Also love the house and art.

One of the best AD Open Doors. Agree with all that G-Eazy said, a home should feel like a home and not like a gallery or circus. Nicely done house, right from the furniture, to the rugs, the art, to the decor, just hits the spot. Not too large, not too small in terms of size as well. Wish I could I have a home like this.
