I am 60 years old, I complete the Cooper test in 3:40, I run up the stairs to the 10th floor in 1 minute, I do 12 pull-ups on one finger of each hand - these are my personal records. I wonder who else can do this at the age of 60+? By the way, my grandson was already throwing knives at the age of 4!
