This video is great from beginning to end! All the dancers are absolutely pro - it’s really an all star line-up. The women are in a league of their own. The energy is infectious. I use this video to give people a taste of what Latin dancing is.
The man bun has GOT IT!!!! Wouldn’t you know it that the ones that you don’t want to see come right up to the camera and block the view. The music was brilliant!!! Wish we could’ve seen the man bun dance more.

You had to hear the explanation given by Celia Cruz and Tito Puente (both R.I.P.) years ago, when they were constantly interviewed concerning the movie Mambo Kings, where both appeared. Only that this is different from the mambo made famous mostly by Pérez Prado, which was such an important part of many Mexican movies, most of them great comedies, like those starred by the great Tin-Tan. That mambo came from the "allegro" part of the traditional Cuban "danzón". I also love that mambo, so I'll be looking for some Tin,-Tan movie because those people could dance, too. A lovely combination of comedy and dance. Greetings.

Osea, la misma palabra puede referirse a diferentes circunstancias, por ejemplo, la palabra "mambo". Y recuerdo que Pérez Prado popularizo el ritmo del mambo, pero no lo creo. Además, la palabra "mambo" en el contexto del vídeo hace referencia tanto al ambiente, tipo de música (que no necesariamente hace refrencia al ritmo cubano de mambo en sí) y estilo de baile. Love it! Many here say it's salsa, not mambo. Eddie Torres' on2 hybrid of on1 salsa with mambo is not the same as the mambo danced in Cuba or at the Palladium because the version Eddie taught/teaches starts on 1 (even though it breaks on 2) (and he breaks in the opposite direction (back vs forward). Beyond that, however, Eddie emphasized that salsa should be free-form (interview: ruclips.net/video/fz7NxS34TO0/видео.html). The music is a live performance of Mambo Gozon (originally by Tito Puente), but it feels more like salsa than mambo to me. Mambo is more punctuated, not continuous. That's what I understand. I'm happy to learn if I'm wrong. Also happy for refinements making what I say more precise. Thanks
