Don't use all the water. Wait till next day to check the thickness. Then use the rest of the water. Follow with your colour and fragrance. I'm writing from Ghana. Cheers
Salt is cheaper. Don't use all the water the same day. Leave like 5 litres for the next day when the reaction has gotten through and you see the thickness. Then add the water little at a time for your best thickness

You mean, you use only texapon and salt ? Also the concentration ratio of the chemicals might not be balanced, also your texapon might also be the issue, kindly get about 100g of either nitrosol or sodium Sulphate, dissolve in 2 litres of water, mix well until it gets thick, thick and not lumpy please, pour it into your watery soap gradually, mix well and everything will be fine
New innovation comes up everyday, salt has more function than being a thickener only in soap production , salt is naturally a cleansing agent Kindly read more on that

I tried making 10L wit texapon 400g and salt 500g, it remains watery after adding abt 3L of water. Pls hw do i remedy dis

I produced soap for about 6year now
Salt it only using when you want to thick your soap because of can via your soap color
