Probably a bit late to mention but you've missed a piece that's included in the 2cm kit. I can't remember the part number, but if you look at the instructions for the Sdkfz 10 there's a final piece that goes in those two rear most holes on the flat bed, over the base for the 2cm. I hope that makes sense, I'm sure you'll get it.
