It feels like we're already running out of superlatives for Ohtani. I have to give props again to ownership for going all in this season. Future results are not guaranteed, of course, but the team is in a great spot for success. Go Dodgers!
I recognized Matt on the jumbrotron last night!
Besides his first 2 inning he was good. After he settled down in the 3rd he didn’t allow a run. He hasn’t pitched in a MLB game in almost 2 years, he’s still trying to shake off the rust and we need to be patient, can’t judge him so harshly after his 1st game in about 2 years. We believe in Buehler!
he pitches against the padres next so it might be a game where dodgers are going to have to outscore them because padres will put up a bunch of runs.
Pages is solid defensively but he isn't Mookie Betts in Right field!
Don’t like the idea of Buehler pitching against Madres but hopefully we win first 2 games and this can be a throw away.
If Mookie Betts is in Right field, he would have caught the shallow Homer by Nick Gordon!!! Even Heyward would have probably caught it!!

the issue is the same as 2022, the fastball's are not good. The secondaries look worse than 2022(still good though) but the arsenal overall just doesn't look great it looks more eh. Obviously post TJ command issues will be around, that happens the first year of pitching post TJ for every pitcher but he looks much more like a 4-5 starter
