Maybe if they didn’t trash everything they came in contact with, people would tolerate them. No community should be forced to accept the negative impacts of the “unhoused”. They are destroyers, not harmless campers.
Most of these people refuse to use shelters for one reason, and one reason only... They cannot bring their drugs.
If the person in the middle wants to help, how about she invite them into her home.

Good! Let's take back our parks and neighborhoods. We pay taxes and the homeless do not yet they have more rights than taxpayers! If they don't want to move into a shelter, then they need to go to jail or rehab.

You must be a rich person who has lost your mind! You have set yourself up as narcissistic person who has "Superior" mind set. To many good laws have been abused and makes the situation worse. Before the homeless situation set in, laws were made to protect homosexuals! I couldn't go into a public restroom without being assaulted by them! They seem to think that they, all of a sudden have Superior rights over everyone! Sometimes protecting something makes it worse, if not carefully thought out...! The politicians today are to busy making money, to make a sound judgement!
