This guy isn't a human
Peyer David Just because you don't know how to play drums doesn't mean someone who does is automatically super human. He's a great busker but an above average drummer.

Edwin plays Nice comeback. There are way better drummers out there. Gordo may be a great busker but his skills don't translate to being a great drummer. Just because I can't play better than Gordo doesn't mean I can't critique him or his fans. Think about that next time.

Fabulous. Love the buckets, but this one was over-the-top. Great work.
You're inspiring me to practice on the buckets (snare, tom, and bass). Building it all out gradually. Just got a practice pad. I use Timbale sticks. They work fine for me. Added a cheap snare clip (Remo) for a bucket. Decent sound.
It's about having fun, experiencing improvement, and doing it on-the-cheap. Please keep up the instructional videos. We are out here learning from you.

this really gets me back 2 the 6th grade when i joined a steel drums class i really wanted 2 learn how to play the drums i was never was drafted it totally ruined my interest in the drums thank u for bringing back to them!!!

I know I’m late but it’s called a double stroke roll. You hit the drum, let the stick bounce off allowing the stick to hit the drum again without you having to do anything, then do the same again with the other hand, rinse and repeat.

I recommend nylon tips for the buckets!
Gordo Drummer I just picked up a pair of Vic Firth 5Bs. Great quality. I wanted to try something other than the Timbale sticks.
Nice! Those sticks get you a classic hard hitting rock sound!
I just realised I said the wrong stick brand! I use Vater 5A (Nylon) on the buckets and Vic firth 5B on the drums!
