Torn Achilles Tendon Cast #2 is on! March 2022

And...I'm weaning myself off the crutches. I ultimately kept using them for another week or so after I got this on, the first being mostly non-weightbearing and the second with partial weight-bearing. The final 2 weeks of the cast, I walked on both feet. So, 2 casts, 8 weeks. The pain was still there after 4 weeks so I needed another 4 weeks casted. Foot tendon tears and ruptures are often extremely painful. No exception here! But at least I did not have to have surgery for this one. Sorry my phone ran out of battery at the very end and I didn't get a chance to wrap up my discussion of it but you get the idea.
Note - just to reiterate, these are old videos. After I shot them, and there were only a few, I had all but decided to scrap them simply because I'd posted so much of this stuff about my crippledness over the years that it was starting to get a bit ridiculous. Ultimately, a couple people told me that I should post them, so I did.
