thank u dr nandagopalan for sharing such insights about body. if One meal a day is good. can we do it as a life time practise. just allow yourself to eat only once a day . is it a good practise for health. please share your insights. what i mean is three meal between 9 am to 7 pm needed accompanied with weekly one day fasting. or can we simply go into one meal a day . will one meal a day be better than the 3 meal and one day fasting per week ? your insights are really needed.
