    Dear Gita Aunty,
    I tried this raw banana recipe today for Mahalayam. The results were amazing. My 96 year old grandmother along with my whole family appreciated me for this. I have no words to thank you aunty! You are a life saviour to many of us! All your recipes are 100% foolproof. I can try them blindfolded without any fear! Thanks a lot once again❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Thank you for this recipe. Again this was another thing my mother in law made it. She used to do this when I was not home as I relished it immensely. She always said you eat . Weekend when I go to Indian store will sure buy it and try it out.

    Very nice and yummy too. I would like to say that while tempering we can add red chilly and also Urdu dal. We can add coconut and green chilly ground together at the end. It will definitely enhance the taste

    As usual, explained very clearly and neatly presented.
    I also make the same way except that I add urad dal for seasoning and add pulsed green chillies and coconut at the end.

    Namaste 🙏 akka. The banana peel can be chopped and stir fried in coconut oil. We call it mazhukuvaratti. It tastes yummy

      You can give your child a variety of foods. Give him veg Khichdi with moong dal and rice,chappathis,veg parathas,,curd, milkshakes,Ragi health drink (kanji) I have given the recipe on my channel.

    Thank you maami for the recipe, one thing I observed while trying this was that the vessel in which we boil the banans are stained on the sides (with the karai) and then it causes a problem to clean the vessel. Do you have any tips to avoid that ?

      Yes Kartik . That does happen. You can try applying some oil to the sides of the vessel. It might help
