How to configure the communication card ACE969TP-2 using SFT2841

This card supports the following
DNP3 network: S-LAN interface: RS485 - 2-wire
IEC 60870-5-103 network: S-LAN interface: RS485 - 2-wire
Modbus RTU network: E-LAN interface: RS485 - 2-wire
Modbus RTU network: S-LAN interface: RS485 - 2-wire

Hi, I am using sepam T40 with communication card ACE949-2. I've been following the same instruction in this video but somehow there is no data being transmitted from the sepam relay. I've checked it with modbus scanner (because i'm using modbus protocol) can u help? i've been trying to find some on the internet but find nothing. Thanks in advanced
