Mike Chung is director, market intelligence at Auto Care Association where he provides the industry with timely information on key factors and trends influencing the health of the automotive aftermarket to help businesses throughout the supply chain make better business decisions. He writes monthly articles on industry trends, produces Auto Care’s annual Factbook of industry statistics, moderates webinars and panel discussions on industry developments, and liaises with Auto Care’s Market Intelligence Committee to identify research that is relevant to the membership and industry. Mike lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and son, and drives into Auto Care’s Bethesda, MD office a few times a week.
