And I'm sorry about the robbery tho. Something similar happened to me too in November 2016 and for a very long time, I've been ashamed to share the story coz it really sounds stupid when you say it out loud lol. But one thing is for sure, those people use juju to suppress all reasoning capacity in you :( and the lady who approached me was also from Zim. Gosh. So disappointing. It's painful, but God is a restorer and those people will get exactly what they deserve. Anyway keep being a nice person, but just don't talk to strangers! #LessonLearned

Amen! Always do you (but also listen to your doctor😂). People will always have something to say about every aspect of your life, even at your most vulnerable. I’ve learnt that the hard way. Do what makes you comfortable and happy, if they take issue with that, it’s their problem not yours. That’s also why I moved far away from people, the distance will allow for them to miss me with their bs. Family or not, the block button doesn’t discriminate! Glad you were not harmed. I have been robbed before Vari so I completely understand what you guys went through.i experienced a smash and grab at nite along Kirkman road and lost all my stuff & money and till this day I'm terrified wen I drive.but don't let it change your niceness towards people 'coz not everyone is bad.just make sure next time u are more careful and quickly see a scammer/thief and as our mommies always told us from when we were kids, don't talk to strangers😉.

I enjoyed this video a lot. The exact same thing almost happened to me too when i was about 8months pregnant. I had gone to the mall to get a few items i wanted before baby came. I was almost done with my shopping when i decided to go to jet looking for something else thats when i was approached by this lady and she acted like she worked there. She even came to me after i left the shop and she was asking if she could help me in getting the things i wanted at a giveaway price etc. Thank God my gut feeling told me not to entertain her lol. Later on when i told hubby what had happened at the mall he was like oh imbavha idzo vavachitoda kukubira zvese. Lol i was so traumatized honestly kuti sure dai ndatobirwa ka so. Its so sad kuti those pple are are fellow zim sisters vanototaimira those preggo mamas vakutenga preparation etc. Btw i didn't have a baby shower too even a bridal one i felt like it was a worst of money. Especially in a foreign country where yu dnt have much family or friends aah. On my weddng most pple came to celebrate with us havan kana kuunza magifts kkkkk that was a lesson learnt haungofeeder vanhu ka vanouya vari empty handed. Though unenge usina kubudgeter for their gifts its just nice getting them you know.
Hey... boy do I relate to this video on soo many levels. Shout out to you mommy I'm also a new mother I think our sons are 2/3 weeks apart age wise.
1. Midrand girl Midrand is the pits. I went to uni at Pearsom it's round the corner from MOA and beybs was "robbed" @ Carlwald in a stunt similar to yours. That time hunnay was from getting rent and upkeep money from money gram. Luckily I got my passport back. The people dropped it off with the school security. Crazy I know.
2. Pregnancy shaming😩 everybody had an opinion about what I should or shouldn't do from what to wear like you mention to how much I should sleep or not sleep. It went as far as what I shouldn't be eating (in this case drinking ice cold water only)
3. Baby showers I concur are just a waste of money honestly and people legit only bring you wipes and baby bags😑Having been in SA for 5 years prior to me being pregnant and moving home (Zimbo from Byo) I legit didn't have that much friends let alone cousins to host one. And you right one would rather spend that coin on the baby being supposedly celebrated.
4. My pregnancy was amazing for 7 months then this little one showed my flames. Flames I tell you😢. All the one in a million bits of pregnancy issues faced trust me I went through. From Carpel tunnel syndrome to having this major rash around my belly (sorry can't recall the actual name). Feet were swollen, my nose grew and I just damn right lost the original pregnancy glow I had. Fiona had nothing on me hunnay. 😂😂😂
But honestly I wouldn't change anything I went through because I got this amazing little man out of it. Whom I'm having soo much fun with (My broke best friend😂😂)
