DIY Birdseed Garland // Garden Answer

- Hey guys! This is a super fun (and easy) way to feed the birds! I just cut up some fruit that had been sitting on my counter, spread some peanut butter on the apples then dipped them in bird seed. I used a plastic yarn needle and garden twine to string them all together, and voila! A pretty garland! I wasn't sure if the birds that winter in my area would eat the fruit (especially the orange slices), but they seem to absolutely love every part of the garland! You can also use popcorn, peanuts, and/or cranberries to give your garland a little extra color! Have fun and thanks for watching! :) ~Laura

I'm sure with all that snow the birds are having a hard time finding food! Thank you for thinking of our feathered friends❤️
They look so gorgeous just hanging on a tree. I love birds, this is a good way to always have them around and help them out a bit. Thank you!
This made me smile. I'm going to make this to cheer up our very gloomy Wisconsin weathered backyard. You must have taken all of our snow!! It has been 50 and raining for 2 weeks straight.
very festive looking. Nice video.

Great idea. I did that once with pine cones that we collected. Put peanut butter on and roll in bird seed then hang. Yours looks prettier though. :-)
I used to make pinecones when I was younger, they are really pretty! :)
