Unpopular opinion but I LOVE these parts with Atreus, as he learns more about himself and his people. Reminds me of Freya's Grotto. The slower pace suits him, more chill and sweet, just like he is. I'm all smiles. It's not frenetic chaos like when we're with Kratos, cuz they're different people.
@@daddyvanbean6660 indeed, i like the flesh out but its the random parts thrown in between....too slow. In don't want to pick fruits etc...its GOW, not star dew valley.
The trip to ironwood was somewhat annoying/cringe to me. Kinda just wanted to leave the entire time. Don’t get me wrong it was cool and I personally love Atreus moveset and playing w his bow but the story parts of his missions aren’t doing it for me so far
This part of the game feels weakest so far, pace is a little too slow, lasts a little too long, and is too linear which all compound on each other. Though Atreus getting a more diverse moveset is welcome and while the interactions between Atreus and Angrboda are good, they aren't as good as the other characters probably because they just met. Though I'm looking forward to her take on fate to be thoroughly dismantled, Kratos knows better, having defied fate and death multiple times.
Cowboy: Try and hit me!
Draugr: *kills him*
Cowboy: No not like that
😂😂 i was searching for this comment
I personally love taking a break from the action and having Loki/Atreus build his own relationship and understanding of himself and his own path.

Able to hold up a propably 5 ton rock but not able to smash through a chest with fist.
He's gonna have a lot of questions to answer, when Kratos sees him do all that stuff for the first time.
anyone happy they flesh out boy's combat?
Yeah he's fun but like jeez I get bored quick on his parts
@@daddyvanbean6660 feel the same. It’s just the combat feels like Horizon when you play as Atreus.
@@707romo707 maybe that's why I liked playing as Atreus so much lol - I loved Horizon!
I like Atreus combat.

Me: See even Atreus agrees with Cowboy
Angrboda: POLA
Me: well shit
I swear to god… you’d make the best mad scientist… testing new moves in the heat of battle, lol
Thanks for ep! Loving! Just loving this game!
macxxx is here
Aamzing series!
Atreus like I wanna stay what you mean Agrboooda 😆🤣
Ok R2 is using your sonic arrows or sigil arrows, both are runic arrows. R1 uses regular arrows.

I hate these Atreus missions. They last too damn long

I liked this part of Atreus' story, it's his next solo part that I can't stand.
This part of the game was my least favorite. Took me away from free roam for like 2+ hours of boring story.
I love the series, but this segment...still don't get it why, but, as the game progress, we'll see. But, is still boring.
Am I the only one that thinks her paint colors during combat makes it feel off?
First in evrithing
Honestly the gameplay is kinda weak imo. Story is great tho.
The god of war gameplay ain't weak at all it beats most games gameplay and that's a fact.
@@jamesgroarke5745 no it doesnt. The gameplay is slow boaring drag woth fo rpg elements that are too scared to be rpg.
@@TheSPiRiLL get gone you don't know what your talking about that's why most people say it's one of the best games ever.
