I just kept thinking that I’m comparing myself to someone else and that’s what manifested there being someone else and in a relationship with my sp instead of me already being with her and me already being hers and already her boyfriend! Amazing video! Dear how to deal with negative thoughts that come once in a while? How to step out of the fear of negative thoughts popping up? Do we have to flip each one while being in a state?
@@NatalieDanceAsthePenniesDrop constantly fighting negative thoughts causes more fear! Can Just letting them pass works? Will these passing thoughts have the power to manifest?
If it were me I would want to know the root cause to it to be honest. It sounds to me you might benefit more to learn to love yourself. Focus on you create a solid foundation within of love for yourself and then think about them. Negative thoughts if more dominant can manifest. That’s how it works. So you do want to create a self love practice number 1 which then makes manifesting anything so much easier and so much more fun too. You can have wobbles during this process but they won’t affect anything because your dominant beliefs will be stronger as you will have now known your worthy of the desire
