Guys with tertiary education seem to do very well in all traditional areas of the economy. It doesn't matter what you studied at the university, it just offers you the opportunity to learn, analyse and think deeper.
Please the government must buy his idea concerning the National Service... The guy is making sense and probably some of the leaders in this country have watched this video but some of our leaders don't want to listen to his idea.. 82K people have viewed this for about 2 months ago. So can we say some of our respectable leaders in this country have not heard it? Which country are we in now?? ..Hmmm.. In fact, with all due respect let's help forward his idea concerning the National Service to the Ministry of Food & Agriculture,ADB, and the government.. Thank you.
And by implementing this policy, you solve unemployment problem in the country, along side providing food for the nation. The graduates will end up being employers. It's a really good idea. Big-ups to the guy. Really appreciate what Charles is doing. Kudos bro
Farming is not bad at all . The main issue is people need tools to make the job easier. The man power is not a joke . But it pays off especially peper ,maize, tomatoes farming . We need tools , loan and a method of preservation to encourage people. Good job young man.
A great and informative video. Some advice for my fellow farmers; good soil is the keep to growth not just water and sunshine. You get good nutrient soil from composting. Over time fertilizer will kill the micro-organisms in your soil.

Merci beaucoup

This is an excellent piece Charles.. I’d like to setup an appointment with this gentleman to help me set up his methods sometime next month.. thanks once again for your good work
Agriculture alone can make Ghana fortunes. Let us strategically have state farms and empower individuals. We need meritocracy and be able to hold people accountable. Leadership can inspire people to start making farms in their houses.
Excellent video, Charles. Great learning process for me. Thanks for producing this video. I live in the US and thinking of starting a similar farm and would like to talk to this nice young knowledgeable farmer. I am so proud of his achievements. How can i reach him? I will also like to talk to you, how can I reach you as well? keep on the good work.
One day we will know how our leaders has wasted our time and energy in school for us to learn unnecessary stuffs instead of realistic things which will solve real problem in real life, no matter how many degrees and PhDs you go for all ends with getting to survive, I always say life is for smart people.

My concern is that all these new seed varieties are GMO seeds and Africa will be in trouble if we keep using GMO seeds instead of local seeds.
Seed Banks MUST be established at once!
I don't think you know what you are talking about.
Respectfully, you're wrong!
