Estimado, tengo el mismo modelo, pero parece que ya no succiona pues todas las pelusas se quedan en el rodillo o en la escobita y no llegan hasta el depósito. Sabrás que puede estar pasando? Saludos

Hi, remove main brush and check if there is no blockage (clogged hair) around brush. If it is clear there, try to turn it on and check if brush roller is turning during work
