    I do not know about local custom. In my world, white fences tend to be all white (wood)... post and slats. If it is a wire fence, then I might use a metallic color instead of white... but it all looks cool. As Andy HDP said, mix is nice, too!

    Brown fence for sure, white reminds me of extra work painting the fence , brown is a pressure treated colour no extra work

    Brown. Always brown with phoenix precision paints rust added to single strand wire stripped from 7 strand layout wiring. 😁👍🌍🚂

      I went with brown in the end I don’t use wire i use thin cotton

    I like both fences and let’s face reality not all fences are going to be all the same it’s good to have a mixture of different types

    Someone else has already said about the white being not as natural, which I would agree with. Either go for the brown, or change the white for something that looks more like wire. To me the brown looks like a wooden fence and the white, wooden fence posts with wire running. Apologies if I have this wrong

    I'd say use both, one denotes a fresh fence the other would be older and weathered.

    Rule 1 applies. Brown looks Natural, white looks slightly out of place have you considered silver thread so it looks like new wire. Stay safe.

      I did but the silver was to bright
      So you reckon take the white out and go brown ?

      Weather to keep the wire white round the cattle yard and shed or go brown and the run behind the pub white or brown ?
