Yes you can give, chicken feet if that is what you mean. You will have to clean them, remove the nails and boil them for 15 minutes and let them cool a little bit before giving them to your dogs. Hope it helps.

tip: don't show the treats to the dog when you are asking them to sit. If you do this then the dog will only follow your command when you have a visible treat in your hand.

You have to wait for another 3-4 years to gain size and Confidence. Dogs sniff fear and till then you can just feed and and make them your friends. It is such a good feeling.

There were 2 dogs that joined in.
The 4th dog that joined in the daytime was 'Nano' and the one who joined in the night and did not react to any training was 'Damru'.
So sad to hear that municipality took your dog away.
You can still try to contact them and tell them that according to the policy you should not relocate dogs from their original places. I think they must have done it by mistake, but if you will push, they might be able to respond.
I too had to tell them once to drop each and every dog back safely and that I will count all of them when they come back.
These dogs were taken away by anti-rabies squad.
Sometimes if the dog already has some issues, they might not return them.

He is an adult, he will show some signs, perhaps whine or show some other signals which you will have to learn. He will himself not want to do potty at the place he lives. Take him out for walks after his feeds, that might help.
