Step 1: disable the automatic restart option to see error messages
Errors may occur, but they are not displayed with automatic restart enabled. Disable this option to allow the computer to display an error message instead of restarting it.
In Windows, find and open View advanced system settings.
Click Settings in the Start and recovery section.
Deselect Next to restart automatically and then click OK.
Check box Location Restart automatically
Restart the PC.
The computer will not restart automatically when a problem occurs. Instead, a blue screen appears with useful information. You can search for resolutions using the information in the errors.

*New Update [IMP]* : After the steps in video are done, we need to execute these commands in addition to refresh the bindings.
1. Click on start menu, and type "cmd", Open Commmand Prompt.
2. Now execute this command "cls --refresh"
3. Now, Open Google.
Search - " *hows tech windows commands* "
Open the link from "www hows tech" site.
4. Execute command no. 11 - sfc scan
Then execute command no. 15 to check disk for issues
Finally Copy and paste command no. 12 & 13 repsectively.

I tried eveything but it keeps shutting down. When I see in the eventvwr it says that OneSyncSvc_32fa4 finished with an error, or OneSyncSvc_29f48. It oftens says it is a Runtimebrooker problem. I've got a Samsung RV420 with a Core I3 2350M, with 4GB RAM. This computer was a RV415, wich I changed the motherboard, so it is pretty much a RV420. I have bought a 90Watts power supply to cover power needs (the RV415 was a 40Watts). I have changed the thermal paste and the temperature is never over the 68º Celsius, and often around 55ºCelsius. In this motherboard I have changed the Processor (it was firstly a 2330m). My problem is it is shutting down, not rebooting. I hope you could help me.

how to FIX windows 10???? turn of your pc... put windows 7 bootable usb or dvd on it... turn on the pc...press key for boot device... boot from usb or dvd... delete all partitions... remake the partition... format the partitions... install windows 7... and forget about windows update and all other shit store and problems on windows 10! simple as that! :)

What you do is -
1. Open Control Panel
2. On the top-right corner in search box, type -'view advanced system settings' (without quotes).
You will find the option listed below.
