So true, proper simple elegant traditional dosa is great. Just because cheese and butter is available we shouldn't use these unnecessarily, why to change hundred years of taste.
1. Can be easily renamed to "Heart Attack Cone in Matki"
2. This is the first time I have encountered that mayonnaise can be cooked. I felt nauseated, it have ruined the bare sight and taste of mayonnaise for me.
3. Even if we remove mayonnaise, the amount of butter, ghee and cheese accounts to a general weekly consumption. Which means, EITHER this should be served to anyone starving from a week OR one should starve himself for a week after eating this.
4. Just for fun, if I try to imagine the taste, its oily-butter chilli, with semi cooked veggies 🤮
5. I really felt sorry for the dosa (RIP), which was used as a base to create this monstrosity.
