From what I can tell, here's the full build: -IWI Tavor X95 5.56 16.5" Barrel. -Trigger is a Geissele Automatics Super Sabra with Lightning Bow Trigger. -Optic is a Vortex AMG UH-1 Gen 2 with a Trijicon 3x Magnifier for MRO HD. -The Magazine clamp is a Lancer Systems AR-15/M16 L5 Magazine Coupler. -The Suppressor is a SureFire SOCOM556 RC2. -The handguard is a Manticore Arms X95 Optimus Polymer Forend. I don't know what the vertical grip is for sure, but looks like a Magpul or Bravo Company or something like that. Hope this helps.
There is 0 doubt that Jaeger's skill is a big part of that one handed shooting display, and it should not be attempted if you lack skill with firearms like this. However, the Tavor is a very balanced rifle, and is probably one of the few battle rifles that can be used for that stunt.

One of my favorite guns. I have a strong affinity for bullpups. When I build a railgun, its gonna be configured as a bullpup platform. Your trigger finger is f*cking phenomenal man. The way your able to stay on target at that high of a rate of fire using semi auto is awesome. imagine switching between targets and nailing them that fast, twisting the body around while firing at that consistent speed like a living f*cking C-RAM turret lol

Crazy gun bro it’s made by Israel for most of our soldiers simply because it’s suits them better than the m4, we still use the m4 here but most of the ground forces moved to use the Tavor for close quarters warfare because that’s where the soldiers fight the most so this gun was well designed for the needs of the army, it’s also have couple versions, longer for a better range and one in a size of an smg for the special units if I remember correctly, there are few more for sure and I think the plan is to use this gun only in couple of years
I actually own this weapon system myself as well and the trigger pull on the stock trigger is actually amazing for a bullpup. I can tell he he's made a few modifications to his platform and wouldn't be surprised if he upgraded the trigger even more to something like a geisle trigger.

I have one of those. The Tavor X95, 5.56 version. Not sure if his is the 7.62, don’t think it is. But ZERO recoil on mine. So easy to keep steady
