One thing that I hope gets improved in the future for GOT is sound. So many times I couldn't hear footsteps right next to me and get nailed from a meter away lol great video bro!
Yeah I was just thinking about that as well. I just started playing yesterday and the sound is just awful, lol. I mean, the guns sound great and all that but in terms of trying to get situational awareness from the sound, it seems that it needs a ton of work.
If you're playing on a headset with built in sound, earbuds are a MUST. For me, I've got to have wired earbuds with volume one tic under full volume to hear footsteps
Thanks for the great video! Just started this game yesterday and absolutely loving it! Haven't played a PVP game in about 15 years so kind of out of the comfort zone, but it's awesome!
This helped me get back into shape. I used to be good with my tactics in island until I just could not get a kill without dying. My tactics have changed and revived👍
I didn't learn much from this vid, but it still helped m remind me of a lot of things I've been forgetting about, such as listening for different footstep sounds to figure out where an enemy is (earlier today I died at prison camp because I thought someone was above me on the top floor but they were outside and came up behind me and I died). Ill remember that in the future, thanks to your video.
The main thing is knowing where the enemy is, and where they want to go. If you have seen an enemy, and they are heading towards labs in the distance, you can assume they are going towards lootroom. You can prepare accordingly and camp routes as well as that little drop to get into lootroom. If you know that there is an enemy, and they do not, it is your biggest advantage and should not be wasted. Bide your time and prepar for the enemy, or set traps. If anyone complains about me recommending camping, literally everyone does it and it is a viable strategy in games like Ghosts Of Tabor.
Camping is indeed a viable strategy, as it has been since the dawn of warfare. People act like camping is a sin against got but I'm pretty sure every general would agree that it's better to be the ambusher than allow yourself to be ambushed.
4:08 I think into the radius has a really nice shooting range, I was wondering what people think about how different recoil is between the two games since I want to practice my aim for Tabor.
Oh man, I haven't played Into the Radius in a while but I would say that they are similar but what you are really training is accuracy as well as reaction. Often times in Ghosts of Tabor you are caught off guard and playing a more... fast paced game can help you get more shots on target in a shorter period of time.
It depends on which gun. Something like the AKM or G3 has incredibly hard to control recoil, but an M4 with a good foregrip, I will control the recoil for as long as I can.
@@NoSpiritWind Thank you for your time. If you don't mind I would like to ask one more question. Does strafing screw up your accuracy in midrange fights or does it have no bearing on accuracy/bullet spread?
No worries, it's my pleasure. If you are speaking about in-game sway because of movement, then there is none. If you are asking about how I still maintain accuracy while strafing, then I really can't tell. It almost happens naturally at this point. I used to play a lot of Population one, and It just transfers over to other VR shooters.
@@NoSpiritWind i have a program on steam called OVR tool kit. But this game is not on steam. That’s why I’m asking. This is on the oculus app. And yes I’m using quest 3 so it’s both tether or wireless. So can you explain better?

Pavlov: shoot till their dead. Ghosts Of Tabor: Manipulation for the nation.
Couldn't have said it better myself
very good video Spirit 🤘
Thank You, JD!
You have a very calming voice to listen to man
Thank you! I hope you found the content useful aswell!
Bro the first like 2 to 3 minutes mins of this vid it teaching you how to make your enemies think there going insane 😭
Originally, it was going to be more of a psychological deep dive into the mind of your opponent but it evolved into what it is now.
Thanks for the guide
Happy to help!

Holy moly this intro hits hard
I NEEDED THIS
Happy to provide!
The into song reminds me of when I watched the walking dead
I love that song
Sound is difficult in buildings because you don’t know if it’s a phoenix or a player
I have a funeral for everyone I kill.
This game is very intense

THANK YOU I NEEDED THIS ToT IM SO BAD AT PVP
Crazy intro bro keep it up
do you fight kickback by pulling down on your gun or do you just fire in bursts?
It depends on which gun. Something like the AKM or G3 has incredibly hard to control recoil, but an M4 with a good foregrip, I will control the recoil for as long as I can.

How do you pin the chat to your hand in oculus quest 3? I’m streaming from PC app to my quest 3
I use a program on Steam called Liv. It only works if you have Link or Airlink.

@@NoSpiritWind i figured that out thanks! Guess I’ll be buying it twice! I didn’t realize it was on multiple platforms. New to VR here!
Crystal castles🔥🔥
Nice words
Wish I watched this before a hit a vault they had smarter stragitiys and now they would be dead
The grass/dirt sound in ghosts sounds like a floor covered in potato chips. I hate it, probably the biggest thing that keeps me off the island.
When you go so long without touching grass you forget what it sounds like.
POST MORE PLEEEEES
I will try to keep a consistent schedule but with school and other things starting back up, I can not confirm a consistent posting schedule.
sorry I just love ur content and I NEED MORE!
