If anyone is having trouble with hitting the ball far enough to the hole, like in the first course, hold down X until the power bar flies up to the top where it's yellow, release X and press it again at the two arrows and it will work. Hold it down and release at the top of the power bar. Had some trouble myself and just figured it out (but got the substory following this guide, so thank you!)

Bro your a god. Also right when I got to hole 7 I did the same thing you did but messed up on the actual swing. I ended up swinging slightly to the left but I guess god smiled upon me on that hole cause combining that with the wind ended up getting a hole in one on complete accident. This was the middle of the night so I had to fight the urge not to SCREAM and wake up the other people in the house.

I've been actively avoiding this game since I first learnt of the minigames after struggling on batting in kiwami 1 and some stuff in yk0, but I really want to play the rest of the yakuza games, its been years since i started the franchise and ive played yk0, kiwami 1 and 2 and yakuza 6, skipped the remaster Trilogy completely and now there are more games coming out, ive not even touched like a dragon yet and now there are 2 games after it, and both judgement games! I feel an unnecessary pressure to get this game done, so i will probably spend tje next few months straggling and hating this game 😅

All I'm trying to do is get the sub story to spawn. After that I literally intend to take a dive since it completes it either way, but god this minigame sucks.
Okay so it only took me 2hrs of playing, i thought i would hate this and that it would take me forever but in fact it was pretty easy all things considered, first thing off the minigames list done, dreading darts, pool and batting now 😂 also i have no idea how hard the extra battles mode once ive completed the game is going yo be, hopefully nowhere near as hard as yk0 😅
@@joeloyo4920 mmm ok, I'll try again tomorrow. The problem comes when the ball is in the green zone, I can't understand how much force I need to use, every time I need to hit 2 or 3 times the ball, because it doesn't fall in the hole.
@@Rugal88 if i remember correct, each stripe of the gauge is 10m, that helped me alot. So if the hole was 20m away, i'd let go of X at the second stripe. Keep trying and good luck! 👍
