now this is a blast from the past. welcome back to the land of the living. crazy to think homestuck ended 4, nearly 5 years ago. I was never much into watching streams but if you upload the vods I figure I'll check 'em out. if you ever decide to finish homestuck after KH shenanigans, it might be worth the idea of streaming an entire re-read instead of burning through the last 5% after such a hiatus, could rekindle that interest and amass some new fans from the sub/twitter as you go along and whatnot, just a thought
Yeah, when homestuck ended I was living with new housemates and even was thinking to myself "I REALLY WISH I COULD DO STUFF FOR THE END........" but the world just wasn't having it! I'm starting at Act 6 for finally reading the end (and YELLING BECAUSE WHY IS ACT 6 LITERALLY HALF THE COMIC), but I'll probably only keep to [S] reacts or specific runs of pages here for now; reading the comic on video would probably be a lot less entertaining than I'd want to post! But I'll definitely keep the suggestion in mind anyways
Oh hey, welcome back! I've missed you! I'm glad to hear you're doing (reasonably) well in these chaotic times. You always had my favorite Homestuck reactions by far, so it's great to hear there may be more! There are still some really cool moments left to see. And while I'm one of those poor unfortunate souls who never got into Kingdom Hearts, I'll be happy to jump on the streams if I have the time! Oh, and congratulations on getting a job you enjoy! You keep staying safe out there.
Oh, right! If you do start liveblogging Homestuck again, apparently people put together an archive of it with a Flash-enabled browser so you can still experience all of those animations and so forth as intended even after the death of Flash.
OH THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP on the alt archive; i've started reading some from the beginning of Act 6 to refresh myself and IT WAS REAL WEIRD not having the flashes as flashes and instead being embedded youtube links. I'll have to see if I can find the flash archive! And I'm looking forward to finally finishing this behemoth; I've heard that the finale is like a full half hour??? wild. you take care of yourself as well and hopefully I'll see you around soon!!
