Tel Aviv · Levinsky market · Burekas, Hummus and Gazoz!

Let's remember New Year holidays. Where did you go? We went to Tel Aviv. And that was a very right decision. Firstly, everything stayed open late. Locals celebrate New Year other dates of the year. Secondly, it was a very comfortable temperature outside, so we enjoyed walking in t-shirts and light jackets. Finally, we have discovered the unbelievably vast culinary world of Tel Aviv. Tens of cultures mixed here with returning jew from all over the world during WW2. Pastry and confectionary from Wien and Berlin, pizzaiolos from Italia, chefs from France, breweries from Belgium and Bavaria, street food from Istambul... all bounded here into a new one and only Tell Aviv fusion cuisine.
Initially, we planned to film all the city of Tel Aviv in one trip. We started from Levinsky market in Florentin area. It got us so deeply involved and kept us in for two days. So we've decided to film area by area every new visit to Tel Aviv. Luckily, the flight takes only 50 min from where we live in Cyprus.
