Instead of initially asking questions like you would expect a "consultation" should go, She went immediately into trying to sell me a package. I am just not comfortable giving any of my info to an offshore rep. Especially because at this price point, you'd think you were getting someone stateside to have the consultation with.
This is like traditional credit repair. There is nothing going to be done in 7 days. The video shown is one client who had fast results after paying 4K and there is no guarantee you will have the same results.

If it is removed from one it has to be removed from all as it would be an inaccurate account if all bureaus do not show the same information. Hope this helps...

We were not implying they would automatically be removed as you would still have to complete the process for the other two bureaus...
@@The110PercentClub yeah I can attest it's not true. I dealt with TransUnion for a whole solid year and gave up. They refused to delete an account that Equifax and Experian deleted almost immediately. It's the only derogatory thing on my report.
@The110PercentClub Operative word is "Supposed". You are correct that all bureaus are supposed to report 100% accurate info,but very often the Info is never that and hence why you consistently see different scores

@@tamikabridgewater4457 I put a freeze on sagestream, innovis and LexisNexis and waited a week ,then disputed 13 collection accounts with transunion online and they were deleted in one hour, transunion credit score jumped from 565 to 666 overnite and since I did this all online it cost me 0.....😁(not sorry I told most of the secret , but why pay for credit repair , it/s easier to do for free or you can pay the creditor to remove it for pennies on the dollar)...

Yet, GOOD DEBT, is mandatory! You want loans, or financing that’s the best to obtain, the lenders or creditors will always want to see GOOD DEBT. You can’t get to the 800s without having the “4 Greats” The great 4 is Credit cards, Autos, Installment Loans, & Mortgages. He needed that mortgage to get approved for the next level in sector of getting loans.
Na bro, I respectively disagree (Strongly)....Late payments on active accounts harms your FICO. You can’t get 100% on time payments with lates reporting. Delinquent accounts automatically put you in a high risk credit bucket. A 480 FICO is a instant decline. The client couldn't refinance either due to the low FICO and high DTI as a result of the late mortgage. You can't bank on a data furnisher to reverse a late payment when in fact it was late. You'll be waiting for years while having terrible credit and HIGH DTI. We can now get the client refinanced with a new mortgage and clean slate. Also, you can definitely get over an 800 without a mortgage reporting. I know because I did it without having a mortgage on my credit. In fact, I've gotten millions credit and a $1M+ construction loan with no prior mortgage reporting.
He did not say to wiping off the mortgage (because someone did that to me without my agreement), he is sharing about the late payments on a mortgage history two different distinctions.
