@@AShermUncut There are some great moments in this video. We hope it gets more than 100 views, but if not, those lucky few will get to experience it. We’re cool with that!
@@drfergenstein Yeah, we have issues with audio because the DJI cameras can only support two mics per camera, and we’re not experienced enough to go the DSLR route. To solve two problems at once of nobody there to film and to get better quality, we’ve hired on a full production company, and those videos will be rolling out and will be just as high quality or even better than ANYONE out there making golf videos. I know (it seems like a wild claim), but just stick around awhile, and I promise it will get top notch. As far as wearing the mics on our shirts or hats, it doesn’t matter. Phillip and Doctor Flop Daddy are just soft spoken dudes and they’re quiet, and Greg and Sherm just yell and scream, so it’s pretty difficult to get those levels even. We agree we look like tools with them on our hat, but many other channels do it as well. It’s way less of a bother up there, and it helps get audio from people who aren’t mic’d up. Thanks for the suggestions, and while we’re making the stuff we recorded ourselves before the new production company stuff, we’ll try and do a better job of getting everyone’s voice closer to the same level. The pirate dude is Greg. He’s a character.
@@BirdieFever very cool about the production. I'll be curious to see how it goes. Also curious to see if it continues to all be at Boise Ranch. That place is so packed - is the plan to just shoot a bunch of stuff off-season to last the year? I've never been there when groups weren't stacked on top of each other.
@@drfergenstein We play there all throughout the year including winter! 🥶 This year we have plans for trips to Nevada, Southern Utah, AZ, California, and hopefully Florida, but we’re not sure if we’ll be able to take the production crew on any of those trips, so it’ll be on our own cameras most likely. The idea of the channel is actually to showcase the journey from where we were to scratch, while having fun and making some video series that are constants. We have a break 55 team series that will be the first video of the production team’s and we’ve already filmed a few of them. Those will be all over Idaho and a new course each time, until we’ve done them all, and by then, hopefully we’ll have a big enough channel to warrant traveling for them across the Northwest by next year. We’re trying to get to CDA and McCall here in the next month sometime before the season ends. We filmed stuff this year in Las Vegas and Mesquite Nevada, Southern Utah, Eastern Oregon, and Southern Idaho.
"You wanna argue with me if you're out or not?" 😂

Put your mics on your shirts (or get proper lapel extensions). It will sound better, and you won't look like tools ;)
And the levels are all over the place. And distorted at times. Yeesh. Production, fellas, c'mon. But the pirate dude is cool. But also...Boise Ranch??
