Reminds me a bit of old Sevendust.. Good to see David playing again.. His work on the 1st 3 Korn records was highly influential.. I'm a death/thrash metal drummer that started playing drums because of David over 20 years ago
I think that Dave would've stuck with Korn had he not been injured. Granted he wasn't happy with the band's chemistry, but I think that he would've stuck it out. Jmho
I don't know everybody in this band but I heard that the drummer from korn is in there and I'm glad he's back rocking he deserves it may they only get better and more well known we all need it

@@DHPF The last 3 KoRn albums are absolutely amazing, they lost it after 2006 (due to the loss of lead guitarist, Brian "Head" Welch) but ever since around 2013 they have been releasing amazing records IDC what anyone says! In fact, their last three albums are better than their first 2 easily and this is coming from someone who has been buying KoRn albums and merch before FTL was even released.

in this song you can hear how much david silveria is a great drummer, without getting lost in too many technicalities, the song is served with simple rhythms but with a power and control that other drummers dream of, remember igor cavalera, simple concepts but that immediately come to you as an intention and what a smash! luzier will be technical, but power and attention to detail in simplicity like that of silveria can be dreamed of

Nailing the production recording on Davids drum. I'd personally want the symbols a touch more up front.
But the drums are up front loud and snappy. It sounds like it's punching between the other instruments. The symbols are there, in the wall of noise the band and rick ruben were into.
