Scorpion Hunting with UV Flashlight

Scorpions are rampant creatures here in Arizona. It can even get inside our house hiding under furniture or in cabinets.
Scorpions are part of arachnid family. It is summer season and it it scorpion season, officially. Scorpion season often runs from as early as March all the way to October. This is when all types of scorpions are rampant in Arizona.
Scorpion stings can cause immediate local pain with minimal swelling. Numbness and tingling are frequently reported and may travel across the body. The injured area may be very sensitive to touch, pressure, heat and cold.
My 5 year old daughter loooooves to hunt scorpion. UV lights enable to find scorpions and eliminate them. It is fun to use this kind of flashlight as it is very easy to see if there is a scorpion.
Have you bitten by a scorpion?
Oh, no I won't wish it.
Time to hunt them until October, hehe. I love hunting them also.

This gadget is very cool. Love hunting too, any other insects including scorpions lol. True you'll need the UV flashlight since it is very useful in many ways. Be careful of these creatures as they could be poisonous especially the Arizona bark scorpion. Thanks for sharing.
