routinely wise
if you eat your morning lunch then go to sleep immediately the amount of food that you eat will determine your fat and atleast sleep for 2-3 hrs per day till afternoon period and at night as well keep on doing that make your body dull stay inactive and see the results. This was the same technique that i used to gain 15 kilos in 8 months. I surely made my body so capacable of doing nothing unless just eat and repeat the same process but it was worth it. I was upto 80 Kg when i reached 18 and now i am 23 and i am 71 kg and when i started it i was just of 60 kg and let me tell you i was already 6ft tall that already put up more weight on me.
