Since I watched this video, I wonder what are those big large plates looking like gigantic "tiles", stocked all along the edge of the landfill ?

It's not a garbage dump, it's a dump without knowing where to put it. We just pour rocks into it. When it hardens, we pour more rocks from above to make a water storage area for the water supply authority.
