Brig Bhasin spoke about one's aim in life. The purpose of life and our contribution to the society. He shared his personal experiences as an educator. It takes a lot of courage to switch from a senior ranked army officer to an educator. Brigadier Sushil Bhasin is a soldier turned educator and trainer with 50+ years of combined experience. He is a Military Leadership and Team Building Catalyst, TEDx and Global Keynote Speaker,
podcaster, and author of 6 books. He served the Indian Army for 34 years. In the 17 years that followed, he has been in the space of transforming lives bringing his army values and experiences to everyday life. He focuses on human centric, self-development areas to include Leadership, Teamwork, Time Management and related human behaviors using experiential learning and facilitation as his core tools.
Brig Bhasin is the Founder President of PSAI (Professional Speakers Association of India) Mumbai Chapter and an active member of APSS (Asia Professional Speakers Singapore.) He has spoken on the International stages in multiple countries. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Kaash I'm also be in your school where i get experiencial learning we have need to change our schools we have to acknowledge what students wants how can we make education creative. I got frustrated with my school in this hard winters they used to give work to write lot of things which is even available in market at just 25rs per sub but they said no, go make new copy and write the pdf which they had send. They just wanted that we write it. 😐
