Hey there, just found your channel.
To clarify why you died to Nyogtha Z'mog at the end, her scar on her right cheek is ever so slightly tilted closer to the edge of her right cheek.
Nightmare Mode is not joke, it is incredibly difficult, and the game will very easily catch players off guard, but every single Doppleganger difference with the Nightmare Dopplegangers is always visible, but you might have to squint a little.
It can be as easy as changing the shape, or as hard as hiding an extra hair, or rotating a facial feature ever so slightly.
Regardless, I hope you do better, but yes. The reason you died was because Nyogtha Z'mog's right cheek scar was tilted closer to the edge of her cheek. Very, very subtle. So, do play very close attention, but have fun Hazy.
