Hurtful Words - A Kids Count Players Lesson

The Kids Count Players are our volunteer puppet troupe created for children and dedicated to keeping them safe. In a normal school year, they are performing at over 60 elementary schools and thousands of K-2nd graders are learning ways to stand up for themselves and stay safe. This year, they have created a series of videos to help teach kids key concepts about body safety.
This video lets kids know what to do when someone says hurtful things that make them feel sick. The puppets discuss who the child could tell at home or at school.
