This is very helpful! My wife and I are going to this resort next month and we have been watching your videos to get an idea of how it is. Quick question, was it a long process to get your test. I have heard people spending like half of their day waiting to take a test.
Thank you I'm glad you are enjoying the content and finding it helpful! As far as the test, our personal experience with it was very smooth. They schedule you a specific time slot. And they give you your results on the spot. And then send you a confirmation email of your results within a few hours after.
Yes we did go off resort. Our next vlog will show our day off resort actually! But I absolutely think it is worth it. Anytime we go to a different country we make it a point to go off resort and really get a true feel of the people and culture of that place. And yes there is an app. When you get there they will give you a paper that has the QR code to download the app. You can make reservations through the app, but we didn't really find it necessary because all the restaurants took walk ins.
You guys are hilarious 🤣 I really appreciate the detailed video. I booked this resort for this summer and I wanted to know how did you set up your transportation from the airport to the resort?
Yes! Thanks love. Glad that you are enjoying and finding it helpful. We really tried to capture the things that we usually want to be privy to before visiting a place❤️ I booked this particular vacation as a package through Priceline so they added the option for transportation as part of the package. The name of the company that they used though is called Outbound Shuttles. Hope you enjoy your vacation here!
If in America, then no you don't need one going to D.R. but you do need one coming back. They do covid testing at the resort. and you have to have it 24 hours before leaving to go back to the states. And thank you so much for watching and helping to grow our channel! If you haven't already we invite you to subscribe and like. We have a few more videos left of this Punta Cana series!
If you don’t mind me asking how much did they charge for the test when leaving the resort? Thanks for the videos very helpful I’m going next month so it was great to see others enjoying the resort.
When you say you were still hungry after the dinner at PBG, could've you order more even if it was a la carte? I also notice price on the menu of the steakhouse I assume those were extra not part of the all inclusive menu!?
Hello! Yes you can order as much as you would like at the a la carte. For that particular restaurant the food was good but we just preferred to get some different selections at the 24/7 bar. And yes the premium drinks, meats, etc on that menu are an additional cost. Thank you for watching☺️
I really love the way you presented the vlogs. I actually booked this hotel because of you.
