- In the fall of 2020 I got a quite the phone call. Later to Learn LYNX Snowmobiles was going to bring their best sleds to the US and Canada markets. They wanted to me to ride there product and later be involved in bringing over the new Turbo shredder. The timing was perfect as I just Departed From Burandts Backcountry Adventure to pursue my own path as a pro sledder. Leaving Roscos bba vlog behind. To see what i could create on my own.

As an owner of a Lynx Shredder I can say Ross is spot on. They are an absolute awesome machine.
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching my friend
Had one spring checked but bailed on it after I tried my buddies, the thing was a trench monster! It gave me PTSD from the ol Gen4 Doo days in the tight tree's on the East Coast. I hated riding that thing in the tight tree's. I'll have to give it another shot with a proper set up. Cool video, always enjoy watching these!
yeah bummer. proballby a limter strap issue. they are pretty wild when the limter is all the way out.
@@Rossxr waiting to see their line up this year, I've always wanted a Lynx
I've been on a shredder for 2 seasons now (ds turbo). No trenching issues at all. I run my limiter strap on the second tightest and set my suspension up properly. Climbs when you want it to climb and wheelies when you want it to wheelie, it's great.
I was quite surprised when we saw you at CKMP. We had dinner with you and I remember we talked about the Lynx, but didn’t put the two together. One of us ended up buying a Shredder.
pretty crazy! haha love it! glad your still watching!
Ross, imo the biggest thing you can do to get people on a Lynx is do what you do..... edits VLOGs and RIDE..... I know you're probably sick of hearing it, but when you were hitting the vlogs hard, you brought the mountain to US... The atmosphere, the shop, the friends, it had us enjoying sledding when we couldn't get out ON the snow, and brought the hype
For the season and new products and added a level of excitement to snowmobiling when all we see outside is green grass..... we know your busy with the new gig, but THATS what made me want to rep the same brand and gear you were running, keep It up brother, always excited for your uploads!
Thanks for the love! appreciate it! yes we are back on the content grind. this winter has been tough. for obvious reasons. Pus i want to make what I want to make. sometimes i burn out quick. Im working on something pretty dope but haven't been able to post any of the footage yet. we want to do it right.
LOVE my Rave !🇺🇸👍
love it!
@@Rossxr they’re kick a$$ machines 😊
I’m a fan of the boondockers look over the shredder
What are you using to see your heart rate while riding?
Fantastic! Always looking forward to new sled content everyday! What do you run for clutch set up for weights and spring?
Thanks bruv!! im just running stock clutching.
Do you adjust your clickers on the primary clutch? Or what do you run them at?
Ross - Teach some local clinics :) don't need the amenities or lodging. I need pointers from a pro without having to drive to canada or colorado lol.
We might be able to work something out 😎
@@Rossxr Id be in for a central oregon clinic too!
ROSCO!!!!
I'm on my second Lynx. First was '22 Boondocker, now on a '24 Turbo Shredder RE. I like them and I'm not even any good. I'm a tall+large human and they seem to suit me better than the doo I had before.
Been a skidoo rider for a while and snow checked a shredder. Super fun sled but would love a set up video for the suspension. I ride wolf creek mostly and if you have any tricks to help with trenching with the stock shocks on the RE. Also any improvement to the knobs for the front compression? Seems like the trees are always changing my settings.
your trenching problem is probably a limiter strap issue. Pull it in a slot (tighten it) you can also take a little bit of preload out of the front track shock spring. should help. will make the skis feel a little heavier though.
nothing for you on the front shocks.
Thanks for the comment and watching! appreciate it!
@@Rossxr if it’s trending less I’ll have the skis in the air so no problem with feeding heavy;-)
Pretty cool!
big thanks!
I'm so glad they Lynx gave YOU the opportunity to introduce Lynx to the North American market. You are an awesome rider and I have a lot of respect.
If I had one request, is your experience with any issues that Lynx will improve upon.
Thanks for sharing 👍.
Thanks so much! Appreciate the comment!
will be interesting to see what the engineering team will do next. Honestly it's just little things that i hope tweak and change, Also i hope we can get lighter while still being the toughest sled out of the box.
