I have it down really well (and low) on the trampoline, I NEED to get it on the ground. my rotation speed is really quick sometimes faster than some guys in this video with my on ground front flips I barely need to jump at all. can I achieve the double without a freak athlete hight and just quick rotation? if you can help me out that would be beyond awesome!!
@@revive0139 I still haven't landed it since I had an ankle injury. Maybe ill give it another shot this summer. If you feel like you've got it though go for it! Just be safe

@@johanp4061 Not yet. The height is there but just need more rotation. I know what I have to do to get there but it's just absurdly difficult. I have done it on flat into a pool but it isn't ready for ground yet
