I get a good point from this vedio .Emotion is a natural reaction or response to our surrounding.We can not deny it ,and actually it is a source of power.
I do feel like trading is completely emotional, it comes from experience so you emotionally learn what to know is painful… usually around risk management and losing money, and then taking profits, your emotions line up w pain and pleasure with what works for you over time, in a sense, for me I used to get excited about what I now think are horrible trades(pain) so now I do think it’s why post analysis is so vital, it helps you understand your trading and puts your emotions in a better position to gain more profits and lose less… those “ahah” moments are very emotion centered.

I believe trading is at least 80% psychological. Trading my own money for a living with no other income was the best trigger for my psychology. Within 6 months I was in a trading psychology program while still trading my own money. That was 6 years ago. Today I'm in a much better place. ;-)
