this isn't what I was looking for. I was looking to create a thumbnail for a video I downloaded and put the RUclips url behind it so that it isn't just a blank screen. I am also looking for how to create a thumbnail for my 17 second shorts. When I upload a video to my channel I get a message telling me I can do this on the mobile app. Yet I can't figure out how to do that.
