Portland woman saves baby from downed power line during winter storm

Officials with Portland Fire & Rescue are crediting Majiah Washington with saving the life of a 9-month-old child Wednesday after three members of the child’s family are believed to have been electrocuted by a power line that fell on their car in the aftermath of a brutal storm that struck Oregon over the weekend.
