Your kids have a charmed life spending their days with their parents, riding the gator or lawnmower, playing in the dirt, looking for strawberries to eat off the vines, picking pumpkins, and colorful corn, Planting a butterfly garden, watching the Hartley and other structures being built. Playing with the chicken, going to visit grandma and grandpa at the nursery and stopping for a cookie, and family time every evening. The list of fun activities they have to do goes on and on. A swingset seems pretty boring in comparison. So glad to see Aaron on camera!!!
Aaron, did you hear the cheer across the world when the second camera flashed to you?!! Laura, it’s so fun for us to watch you guys together, thank you for including this on the Highlights!!
We have a tree swing in a wooded part of our property! Guess where our grandkids love to play! Also a robust rope to climb and a homemade rope climbing ladder!
We got a used swing set for our grandkids for their home and it was hardly used. Now they live here on our farm with us, and papa took one of our round bale feeders from our cows and put it on its side, attached it to a huge willow tree and added a tire swing hanging from it. Our oldest grandson is 8 and if that tire swing wasn't there he would never go outside... the three of them live on it!
Not meaning to be negative but I remember as a child, just a couple days before Christmas, a neighbour - grandfather and grandson who was less than a year old at the time - were sitting either on a tree swing or on a bench beside the swing - in the middle of their garden. We could tell from the clouds covering the distant hills that it was raining but it was sunny and still where we were. Out of the blue lightening struck - the baby died instantly, the grandfather on Christmas Eve. I used to love tree swings but have never been back on one since that day and in my garden I don’t have seating under or close to any trees whatsoever.

You and Aaron at the end discussing paving the driveway for "your beautiful children"....priceless! That "look", the giggle, the "there are no words for you right now"....lol We LOVE seeing you two interact. About the cooking; you should cook something using produce that you grew. Love the camera work! I see everyone else does too! Was someone filming you, or did you film yourselves through the whole thing and then edit it? Love Garden Answer! All of your projects are great and your place is beautiful!!!!! A gardening inspiration for sure!
Yes to the mud pies! When our girls were little, we lived in a remote AK village with lots of sand and wind, and no mowed yard. They had an old industrial sink, mud and sand, and called it their mud pie bakery! And they spent hours playing in the tall grass and the nearby beach! Fond memories now!

About 30 years ago I gardened with a precious much older friend, her name was Sally. She was doing Organic before it was popular or widely followed. She taught me about planting in hills they were mounds of soil , ours had 4 in a circle per mound. It worked beautifully 😊. We planted watermelon and cantaloupe this way. The first year she just allowed me to plant whatever I wanted and from that experience she gently showed me what works. Great memories.

You and Aaron at the end discussing paving the driveway for "your beautiful children"....priceless! That "look", the giggle, the "there are no words for you right now"....lol We LOVE seeing you two interact. About the cooking; you should cook something using produce that you grew. Makes it kind of full circle - plant, harvest, cook and eat!
Yes! We Would come to Pumpkin Palooza! Great seeing Aaron on camera.😊
I love the fact that Aaron was on your recap video. Actually doing dialogue. It was fun to see the both of you talking back and forth with him on the camera .
Wonderful relaxing video starring Laura and AARON! You two are definitely a true team. We love the back and forth and funny faces. We now know that the " beautiful children" are not toy or swing deprived, we were worried... but it is hard not to describe them in such endearing terms!
Cancelled flight to Colorado just means I get to spend some time with my friends Laura and Aaron! So nice to see the man behind the curtain! Fancy camera cut work guys! Always enjoy your videos 💕
Hello Kassie, how are you doing
Nice to see Aaron in this video.. and the whole editing was spot on! Mz Laura, how many times must you be reminded of how your fans will watch you watch paint dry- or tie your shoes?? Please, by all means, press your luck!! I’d watch!! Love you guys! 😊♥️
Love the camera work! I see everyone else does too! Was someone filming you, or did you film yourselves through the whole thing and then edit it? Love Garden Answer! All of your projects are great and your place is beautiful!!!!! A gardening inspiration for sure!
I was wondering the same things about filming and editing.
I would guess they had two cameras set up on tripods, one trained on each of them.

Pave the driveway. “Think about the children” you 2 are hilarious. All kids really need is a pan a spoon, dirt and water. Ta-da mud pie.
Hey hi Aaron, it’s nice seeing you up close and all personal!💚🙃🌺
Hello Judy, how are you doing
I love the back and forth between Laura and Aaron! "Think about our beautiful children!" I laughed out loud at his cheekiness!
Aaron, it’s so nice to see you rather than just hearing your disembodied voice!
Hello Laura, how are you doing
Playground shmayground for the kiddos I say. You guys have given your children the absolute best life already, Benjamin always looks so content just to roam around on your land.
Hello Rachel, how are you doing
Loved all the highlights today. Not only did Laura get a new best friend, I think Aaron got one too. With Jerry and Jenny’s wealth of knowledge, they will be a big help.
Hello Sandra, how are you doing
I love seeing Aaron join in on the videos. He has a plethora of knowledge to share. You are a dynamic team!
Hello Cheryl, how are you doing
I like this way of filming. We get to see you two talking to each other!
Hello Sarah, how are you doing
YES! Pumpkin Paloooza! I'd love to come & mingle with fellow G.A. folks!! And I loved seeing Aaron in this video with his comments too!!! Perfect as usual, guys!!
Would totally fly across the country for the Garden Answer Pumpkin Festival!
Me, too!!!
Yes pretty pretty pls
From PA and we'd be there.
This is our Thanksgiving here in Ontario 🇨🇦 and just wanted to say how thankful I am to have found your videos and how much I have enjoyed watching your channel this year! 🍂🍁🦃
Hello friend how are you
Aaron, you’re a NATURAL on camera!!! It was so refreshing to see you both this morning as I’m out in my garden planting 6 Anna’s Magic Ball Arborvite where my German Shepherd & Catahoula dug up Lariope grass. Dig a little, plant a little. Watch the phone screen, sip a little coffee…it’s still 7:30 am here on the bluffs of the Mississippi River in Vicksburg MS. Thanks for keeping me inspired & happy in my garden!! ❤️☺️🥰
Hello Lisa, how are you doing
I loved this recap!!! Aaron- you are becoming a natural in front of the camera 😊. When I watch the recap videos - I feel like I’m sitting down with a couple of friends and chatting about life. Thanks for the laughs!
I audibly yelled "oh my gosh, Aaron is on camera!!". I was so happy to see you both in this video. My husband thought I had lost the plot 🤣
😆
Antiquing, cooking, planting we'll watch it all!!!
The amount of laughs you two give me... thank you ❤ ... "think about your beautiful children!" 🤣
I rode my bike on shells and survived just fine , I think your wonderful beautiful children will learn how to ride their bikes on the gravel
I hope Aaron continues to be on camera. ❤️watching you two.
I agree with Laura that the gravel should stay, it hides any messes (like leaves, dirt, water spills) that might come up on the driveway. However, it's your property and everything you do looks amazing! Love the channel and thank you for the videos!
Aaron, we love the eye in the sky. Please keep those drone views coming when your time permits. Thanks for sharing.
Hello friend how are you
Love watching you and Aaron...with the progress of your garden...and the projects you do out in the community .... I enjoy your weekly round up chat you and Aaron do ...and today to see more of Aaron was great.... best thing for me ... I watch you 7 days a week over morning coffee here in New Zealand.... (your Sunday is my Monday)... we're coming into summer here... you have inspired me to go back to the Hydrangea and Dahlia range mixed with NZ Natives planted up in pots....so thank you for being my muse... helping me to enjoy gardening again.... the world needs more Laura's...Aaron's and BenngMan... again thank you 😊😉😊
Good morning! Sooo fun to “see” you and Aaron! What a blessing that God chose y’all for each other! You two are a perfect match… and a blessing to all of us! Happy Sunday!
Hello Nonna, how are you doing
I love when you banter back & forth! It is so much fun & real life!! Good to see Aaron included visually.
Benjamen is much more creative in his play than he would be with a swing set!
Hello Carol how are you doing
About 30 years ago I gardened with a precious much older friend, her name was Sally. She was doing Organic before it was popular or widely followed. She taught me about planting in hills they were mounds of soil , ours had 4 in a circle per mound. It worked beautifully 😊. We planted watermelon and cantaloupe this way. The first year she just allowed me to plant whatever I wanted and from that experience she gently showed me what works. Great memories.
How wonderful of an experience. May I ask, how big around and deep was the circle mound that had the 4 seedlings in?
@@shellisspace it was along time ago , what I remember is we plated in a circle at the top of the hill and trained the vines down the hill. We covered the ground with straw
Hello Linda, how are you doing
Yes! Of course I would come to Pumpkin Palooza! Or any event that Garden Answer hosts. I’d also be more than happy to volunteer working while I’m there to help out. You name the date and I’ll be there 😁🎃🤩. Thank you for your the warmth, kindness, and love you share via your videos - my favorite way to start the day!
Yes... Pumpkin Palooza!!
FULL points of view! Yay! Facial expression adds a lot more to a conversation! Like pruning and edging does for framing a yard! Garden Answer continues to add to their awesomeness!😉😇❤
Love seeing Aaron with you…and YESSSS!!!! we would come to a pumpkin palooza!!!!
Yes... Pumpkin Palooza!!
I am so enjoying this with Aaron showing his "garden chops"! Really fun! I live over here in Western WA - - the news out of Skagit Valley is that in 2020 the largest pumpkin weighed in at 1,924 pounds. Ooof! Thank you for your hard work in preparing videos for us! They are so great!
I was guessing the growers were close to a ton for one pumpkin.
LOVE that Aaron is on camera! Always love the conversations you two have but it is so nice to see you both. Keep doing this!
Hello Tina, how are you doing
Omg having Aaron on camera is awesome. Love the multiple angels and sharing our Sunday morning with you both. Thanks for everything.
Hello Leslie, how are you doing
Heck, yeah I'd come to 'Pumpkin Palooza'! I live in Arlington, WA, and greatly enjoy watching you and Aaron and the family. I would like to have a legitimate reason to come over to Ontario, and not feel like a creepy stalker... lol. Thank you for all you do in educating and entertaining us each and every day. Blessings to you and yours.
Yes... Pumpkin Palooza!! And we're from Pennsylvania.
Loving how the two of you just wonder in your conversations. It is fun to hear you talk about personal life experiences.
You could swag Christmas lights in between the posts on the driveway. Fun listening to you and Aaron discussing ideas
Hello friend how are you doing
“Would anyone come to PumpkinPalooza if we held it?”
Oh Laura…….
Literally everyone watching this said YESSSSS at the same time. Hahaha we’re in Kansas City and we’d come.
Me too, would hitch up the ole wagon and head west , could take a few months but I’d get there…
KC! My home town 💜
It seems like Aaron is more comfortable talking to a person instead of a camera. He’s comfortable, makes me comfortable.
Hello Elise, how are you doing
I love to see Aaron when interacting with you on this highlight! This new way is great.
😅😅😅 Aaron you are a hoot..love how you used the "beautiful children" as a way to get momma to agree to the paved drive way ...I think it sounds like a good idea..come on Laura. ❤
Hello Tammy, how are you doing
I agree with you about a playset for the kids. They are playing and using their imagination. We loved going to the park and play grounds.
Love having both of you on camera in this recap conversation!
Hello Joyce, how are you doing
