  • I’m so excited to bring this week’s interview to you with billionaire Tom Monaghan of Domino's Pizza 🍕 . He’s got a lifetime of wisdom to share, and at some points in this interview he shocked me with his vulnerability.
Mr. Monaghan is 86, so I want you to push away your distractions, turn 🆙 the volume, and give this one a careful listen. 🎧
We track how he rose from an orphanage, to trading pizzas for dental work, to being a the founder of Domino's Pizza, arguably the founder of fast food delivery, and billionaire… and then how he went from being a billionaire to conquering pride and taking what he called “a millionaire’s vow of poverty.”
There are just so many nuggets in this one that I can apply to my own life as a father and a leader. I hope the interview blesses you too!
Finally, I answer a great question from a viewer, “How do I answer people who say that we ‘conservative’ Christians are too hung up on sexual morality.”
    ….
Also, sponsor plug: since much of Tom’s success is about FOCUSING where God is calling him, I wanna offer you (one more time!) a chance to kick your biggest distraction! 📲

I have dreamed of living in Ave Maria, FL! Now I’m praying even harder. My husband and I are 60 years old, still have the youngest two of five children to raise, and have two grown children that need our assistance, and two grandsons that we help raise. This made me feel like it’s ok to dream big no matter my age or situation. God bless Ave Maria, FL and Ave Maria University!

SO awesome to watch a "feel good" video and be happy about what I'm watching. So much of our culture today is full of evil and anti-Catholicism. Love this!! Thank you, Chris and Mr Monaghan! +JMJ+

This interview made me realize as a practicing Catholic. I need to remember where I want to be after I leave this world. As Mr. Monahan said, with God, or not. Watching others I believe that all choices come down to seeing the importance of that decision and making it a goal to be with God is what I pray for myself and others every day. Thanks for the refreshing interview.

I attended Eastern Michigan University from 1966-1968. Dominoes' pizzas were the highlight of my week and they did not cost a lot of money which for a college student was great news! I often wondered why they morphed into something was not as good as at that time-now I know!!! thank you Tom

I enjoyed this program. While it seemed that Tom liked a microphone to be heard clearly, he had so many great insights to share. I am delighted to see how the course of his life took him to worldly success in the business world, but then he found success in the Kingdom of God and strives to grow in relationship with God and in virtuous living. ANd yes, I echo the comment for more of this kind of content.

Love your show. Really, bearing children out of wedlock means I'm OK with unfaithfullness? I guess you did not think this one through. Well we are all allowed to slip up. God bless. 😮
