When I started 3 years ago, I became so frustrated after not seeing instant weight loss..even though during this same time, my clothes began fitting better. Fast forward, I’m down 30 pounds, but hope to lose 30 more. It may very well take years for this to become reality. I’m down 3 dress sizes, sleep better, have more energy, and just overall satisfied with these results.
I just started doing walking workouts again with Leslie Sansone. It's a great alternative to walking outside on rainy days and easy on the joints. Thank you for sharing Paula!
Thank you Paula for all that you do to help us get healthy! My fitness challenge is to just move more than I normally do. It may be to walk around our neighborhood or park farther away from a store or housecleaning. I’m not counting steps or minutes I just want to move more and then see how that inspires me to do better in June! Blessings to everyone involved ❤
I am joining your exercise challenge this month. I do reformer Pilates 3 times a week and use my walking pad every day. My goal is to walk 30 minutes after every meal like Kelly Hoggan. I eat keto/ carnivore 5 days a week and a sweet potato on Tuesday and Thursday for the prebiotic fiber. I love your channel.
I take your cookbook with me when I travel. It’s great for keeping me on track and the recipes are so easy and delicious. Love the breading and Chaffles and all your casseroles. We also love the protein shakes and root beer floats you make. Already bought your new ebook too. Your recipes are a life saver.
My first carnivore challenge! My starting weight is 141 and my first meal of the day (time is 11:40 am )is going to be some of lamb roast that I put in my Insta pot yesterday and bacon. I did walk 2 miles this morning !
I love the challenges, however I'm not ready to give up my salad and low carb veggies yet😅 I will take you up on the exercise moving challenge and more protein throughout the day. Thank you for all you do, you look great and I ❤ the shirt!
I always loose inches before pounds so I avoid the scale. I weigh on Mondays when my Fitbit week starts. I am not going to do Full carnivore with you. I find I loose better when I balance out my protein and veggies. I eat low carb veggies. I keep carbs at 20g. I have been at a stall too and so now that weather is better and I can get outside more I am doing a lot of yard/garden activity and getting well over 15,000 steps a day. I do Reformer Pilates 1x week and I started a 28 day Chair Yoga program today. I am hoping May 31st will bring me results. Last year I lost 27# so I am keeping positive that I can do it again this year. I have 20 to go. I think one of those cheese shredders is in my future!!!
I’m going to do the challenge with you. I have been trying to lose 5 lbs forever! This might just kick start me. I am going to take my measurements too. I know many time I’ve lost inches vs lbs. I’m back doing water aerobics now. FL weather is finally warm early morning so I can get to aerobics again. Our community pool is heated but the low morning temps, 60 degrees are hard on me because I have RA. I am loving attending water aerobics again. I am feeling stronger again, have regained my balance too. It doesn’t take long once I start up. Looking forward to following along with you. Heading out soon to purchase BOGO center cut pork chops for something different to have! Yippeeee!
I thought PSMS was supposed to work, but it didn't work for me either. Back to Carnivore with no diary, Dairy is a big weight gainer for me and most people. The last 5-10% is the game changer I guess. Thanks for the videos!!
Thank you for the motivation and inspiration! Question: are you going to replace onions with powder? I wanted to use ground beef today so we love your meatloaf and I will make that and I’m thinking you will use powder!
I’m going to use spices so yes you can absolutely use onion powder if you want to. Everybody can tailor it to fit them. Some people frown on spices because they’re from plants but if you’re fine with it and it doesn’t aggravate you in anyway then go ahead.
